Here, in a nutshell, is the timeline for realising your dream home:

We take as much time as necessary with you to establish exactly what you’re after in the way of design, lifestyle, customised fittings and overall ambience.
We meet with you on site to discuss your construction options.
Our professionals organise reports such as surveying, soil analysis etc.
Our expert in-house team of designers, draftsmen and construction consultants work together to translate your ideas into plans, drawings and a project estimate. After your input and approval, designs are finalised.
Contracts are drawn up and finalised. This includes a timeline program and starting date.
Construction begins. We supply you with regular progress updates throughout. And because we handle everything from start to finish, we can stay on time and budget.
Handover. Plus we organise for all the necessary approvals and third-party inspections.
