Merit Homes was engaged by the developer and one of the Big 4 banks to complete this 13 townhouse complex when the previous builder was terminated.
Merit took possession of the site at lock up stage, the complex was in a shocking condition. The engaged building inspector said it was the worst building site he had ever seen in his 40 years of experience, we agree !.
The cost to complete the project exceeded $4m and Merit effectively completed the project in 7 months. We constantly maintained 10-15 tradesmen every day on site, a testament to our trades and coordination.
